- I can not find my vehicle listed. Do you have a cover for my car? There may be some vehicles not listed on our website. However, if you provide us your vehicle information Year, Make & Model or dimensions, we will find the right size cover for your vehicle. Simply Contact us.
- Are your covers Generic or Custom Fit Covers?
All our covers are semi-custom fit covers covers. They are cut by the length of each vehicle and nicely look and fit.

- Which type of payment method does EliteCarCovers.com accept?
We accept all major creditcards: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and Discover. We also accept Paypal payments.
- Is it safe to pay by credit card online?
Credit card number provided by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Information you submitted via SSL is encrypted by software. Our access to your information is limited and protected against unauthorized use.

Yes, we take orders from worldwide customers. We ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International
- Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO or FPO address via USPS Priority Mail. An additional charge of $4.00 will be added to Shipping & handling cost.
- Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?
Yes, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico by USPS Priority Mail. Additional shipping charges apply. Please calculate the total shipping charge while submitting your order.

- Will sale tax be applied to my order?
8.875% sales taxes will be applied only to New York residents.
CLEANING AND CARE:
- How should I wash a cover? Please see Car Cover Cleanig and Care Instructions.
- Does your cover have an antenna holes? An antenna patch for the antenna hole is included. You make your own hole where the antenna will fit through, then you seal the patch on top of the hole.
